This plaque is on the front facade at ground floor level, between the two windows.

On the first floor façade of the building, to the right of the windows, the following text is carved into the bricks (in the same style as that used for the first memorial given for this site): "Built by Saint Pancras Housing Assn. A.D. 1992".
